Working in Partnership:

 

Research, development and delivery of the first Gallery based Arts on Prescription project of its kind in Wales.

 

Examples of referral organisations: G.Ps, Job Centre Plus, Carers Outreach, Cruise and Community Mental Health Teams.

 

There is a core model from which there are a number of different approaches depending on your needs.

Using exhibits as a tool for introducing creativity, improving inclusion and reducing social isolation while having a positive effect on mental and physical health and wellbeing.

 

Learning new skills and finding out about other opportunities to move onto.
